空调负荷参与电网调峰是未来电力需求侧管理的重要内容。公共楼宇空调系统具有负荷容量大、可调性能好以及对社会生产影响小等优点。文中分析了公共楼宇空调负荷的调峰潜力,提出了公共楼宇空调负荷参与电网虚拟调峰的基本思路。在此基础上,提出了公共楼宇空调负荷虚拟调峰具体实现方式,从下而上包含4个层面,即楼宇层、终端层、通信层和主站层。同时,给出了公共楼宇空调负荷虚拟调峰的运行方式,包括运行框架和运行流程。

Air conditioning load participating in power grid peak clipping will be very important in power demand side management in the future.The air conditioning system of public buildings has such advantages as a large capacity of load,good adjustable performance,and little influence on social production.This paper analyzes the peak-load regulation ability of public building air conditioning load and proposes the basic idea of peak-load virtual regulation in the power grid with public building air conditioning load.Based on the above,the concrete realization manner of peak-load virtual regulation is presented,which includes four aspects,the building layer,the terminal layer,the communication layer and the host layer.The operation mode of peak-load virtual regulation is also put forword,namely,the operation framework and operation process.
