智能电网的发展为电力用户积极参与电网运行调控提供了必要的技术支持。文中针对智能电网环境下商业用户的用电响应行为提出了基于多代理系统(MAS)的负荷控制策略方案。设计了包含多类具有一定用电响应能力的用电设备的 MAS 及互动协调机制,结合商业电力用户的特点,为突出商业用户对整体用电舒适度的要求,在居民用户 MAS 的基础上增加了负载聚合代理;以酒店类商业用户为例,根据各类用电设备的运行特性建立了相应的负荷响应模型,基于典型用电设备的实时信息,采用区间数排序法确定用电负荷的优先级,构建了以优化商业用户用电整体舒适度为目标的负荷管控模式。通过算例分析,分析了所述模型和方法的特点与合理性。

The development of smart grid provides the necessary technical support for power customers to take an active part in the regulation of power grid operation.A load control strategy scheme is presented based on multi-agent system aiming at commercial customers” electrical response behavior in the smart grid environment.It designs a multi-agent control system containing multi-type of electrical equipment with power using ability as well as an interactive coordination mechanism.With reference to the characteristics of commercial power customers and to highlight commercial customers” requirement on overall electricity comfort level,an aggregating load agent based on the existing multi-agent control system structure of residential customers is incorporated.A hotel commercial customer is taken as an example.And according to the operation characteristics of various types of electrical equipment,corresponding load response models are developed.Electric load priority is determined with the interval number ranking method based on real-time information about various types of electric equipment.The load control mode for the purpose of optimizing the comfort of commercial customers” power utilization is created.Through case analysis,the features and rationality of the proposed model and method are brought out.
