目的：分析探讨呼吸内科老年患者护理过程中存在的风险因素及管理措施。方法：我院从2013年5月开始在呼吸内科收治实施治疗护理，将实施后的60例老年患者作为观察组；以实施之前的60老年患者作为对照组。对照组患者采取常规的护理干预；观察组患者再次基础上进行护理风险干预和管理。分析对比两组患者的护理风险发生情况、患者的护理服务满意度以及质量评分。结果：观察组的护理结果显著优于对照组，对比两者的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者对护理服务的满意度要高于对照组患者，护理不良事件的发生率要低于对照组患者，差异同样具有统计学意义（P＜0.05.）结论：呼吸内科老年患者护理过程中将各种风险因素，针对当前的现状制定针对性的安全管理策略能够有效的降低护理风险事件的发生，改善护理服务水平，提高患者的满意度。

목적：분석탐토호흡내과노년환자호리과정중존재적풍험인소급관리조시。방법：아원종2013년5월개시재호흡내과수치실시치료호리，장실시후적60례노년환자작위관찰조；이실시지전적60노년환자작위대조조。대조조환자채취상규적호리간예；관찰조환자재차기출상진행호리풍험간예화관리。분석대비량조환자적호리풍험발생정황、환자적호리복무만의도이급질량평분。결과：관찰조적호리결과현저우우대조조，대비량자적차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；관찰조환자대호리복무적만의도요고우대조조환자，호리불량사건적발생솔요저우대조조환자，차이동양구유통계학의의（P＜0.05.）결론：호흡내과노년환자호리과정중장각충풍험인소，침대당전적현상제정침대성적안전관리책략능구유효적강저호리풍험사건적발생，개선호리복무수평，제고환자적만의도。
Objective Analysis and discussion of risk factors of nursing breath Department of internal medicine elderly patients. Methods From May 2013, we began to implement treatment in the Department of internal medicine, the nursing care, after the implementation of the 60 cases of elderly patients as the observation group;60 elderly patients before implementation as the control group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, the observation group were based on the nursing risk intervention and management.The nursing risk, nursing service satisfaction and quality score of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The nursing results in the observation group was significantly better than the control group. Comparing the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05);observation group patients to nursing service satisfaction to be higher than that of the control group, nursing adverse events incidence is lower than that of the patients in the control group, the difference is also statistically significant (P<0.05) Conclusion Breathing in elderly medical patients nursing process will be a variety of risk factors, in view of the present situation of the current formulation for safety management strategy can effectively reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events, and improve the service level of care, improve patient satisfaction.
