目的：探讨医院感染病例病原诊断时标本采集和送检过程中存在的问题，寻求解决方法。方法：对我院2012年-2013年发生的医院感染病例中标本采集和送检存在的问题进行回顾性临床研究，并将两年送检情况进行统计学对比。结果：规范标本采集和送检操作，提高了标本送检率和标本合格率，病原检出率也得以提高。结论：规范标本采集和送检操作，提高了病原检出率（2012年为78%，2013年为84%，P＜0.01），为临床诊断和治疗医院感染提供依据。

목적：탐토의원감염병례병원진단시표본채집화송검과정중존재적문제，심구해결방법。방법：대아원2012년-2013년발생적의원감염병례중표본채집화송검존재적문제진행회고성림상연구，병장량년송검정황진행통계학대비。결과：규범표본채집화송검조작，제고료표본송검솔화표본합격솔，병원검출솔야득이제고。결론：규범표본채집화송검조작，제고료병원검출솔（2012년위78%，2013년위84%，P＜0.01），위림상진단화치료의원감염제공의거。
Objective To analysis existent problems about collecting and conveying samples in pathologenic diagnosis in nosocomial infection cases,explore ways of solving the problems.Methods To clinical study retrospectively existent problems about collecting and conveying specimens in pathologenic diagnosis in nosocomial infection cases in 2012~2013 in our hospital,contrast states statistically happened in two years.Results To standard operations of collecting and conveying sample,increase rate of collected sample, rate of qualified sample and detectable rate of pathologen.Conclusions To standard operations of collecting and conveying sample(78%in 2012,84%in 2013, P<0.01),increase detectable rate of pathologen,provide grounds for diagnosis and treatment of nosocomial infection cases.
