采用《教师职业认同研究》量表对西藏地区205名小学教师进行职业认同调查,了解其职业认同状况。调查结果显示:(1)西藏地区小学教师整体的职业认同水平较高;(2)西藏地区小学教师和内地中小学教师在职业价值观、角色价值观、职业归属感和职业行为倾向上存在显著差异;(3)性别、教龄、月收入状况不同致使西藏地区小学教师职业认同有显著差异。
採用《教師職業認同研究》量錶對西藏地區205名小學教師進行職業認同調查,瞭解其職業認同狀況。調查結果顯示:(1)西藏地區小學教師整體的職業認同水平較高;(2)西藏地區小學教師和內地中小學教師在職業價值觀、角色價值觀、職業歸屬感和職業行為傾嚮上存在顯著差異;(3)性彆、教齡、月收入狀況不同緻使西藏地區小學教師職業認同有顯著差異。
채용《교사직업인동연구》량표대서장지구205명소학교사진행직업인동조사,료해기직업인동상황。조사결과현시:(1)서장지구소학교사정체적직업인동수평교고;(2)서장지구소학교사화내지중소학교사재직업개치관、각색개치관、직업귀속감화직업행위경향상존재현저차이;(3)성별、교령、월수입상황불동치사서장지구소학교사직업인동유현저차이。
The study used the Teacher Professional Identity Scale to investigate 205 Tibetan primary school teachers in Tibet to reveal their professional identity status. Results indicate that: (1) there is a high level of Tibetan primary school teachers’ professional identity; (2) there is a significant difference between Tibetan primary school teachers and inland school teachers in terms of occupational values, role values, professional sense of belonging and professional behavior;(3) there is a signiifcant difference in Tibetan primary school teachers’ professional values in terms of gender, seniority and income.
