目的研究分析游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复治疗手足软组织缺损的效果。方法选择2010年1月~2015年1月在我院进行治疗的50例手足软组织缺损患者，通过计算机取样法将其平均分成两组，对照组应用传统带蒂腹部皮瓣转移修复术进行治疗；治疗组应用游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复术进行治疗。结果治疗组患者的手足功能优良率96.0%（24/25）远远高于对照组的72.0%（18/25），差异有统计学意义（<0.05）。结论游离腓动脉穿支修复术治疗手足软组织缺损具有操作简单、美观性好的特点，有效促进手足功能的恢复。
목적연구분석유리비동맥천지피판수복치료수족연조직결손적효과。방법선택2010년1월~2015년1월재아원진행치료적50례수족연조직결손환자，통과계산궤취양법장기평균분성량조，대조조응용전통대체복부피판전이수복술진행치료；치료조응용유리비동맥천지피판수복술진행치료。결과치료조환자적수족공능우량솔96.0%（24/25）원원고우대조조적72.0%（18/25），차이유통계학의의（<0.05）。결론유리비동맥천지수복술치료수족연조직결손구유조작간단、미관성호적특점，유효촉진수족공능적회복。
Objective To study the ef ect of the free peroneal artery perforator flap for treatment of hand and foot soft tissue defect.Methods 50 cases of 2010.01~2015.01 during the period of hand and foot soft tissue defect were treated in our hospital by computer sampling method,they were divided into two groups,control group used the traditional belt pedicle abdominal flap transfer repair treatment;the treatment group used the free peroneal artery perforator flap repair treatment.Results In the treatment group were excel ent and good rate of limb function 96%(24/25)is much higher than that of the control group 72%(18/25),the dif erence was statistical y significant <0.05.Conclusion The free peroneal artery perforator and repair of soft tissue defect of the treatment has the advantages of simple operation,good appearance characteristics,ef ectively promote the recovery of limb function.
