目的：：探讨对儿童嗜血细胞综合症患儿的护理体会。方法：选取2010年8月～2014年7月我院收治的18例儿童嗜血细胞综合症患者作为研究对象，对所有患者进行综合性的护理，包括心理护理、病情监测、用药护理及饮食护理。结果：18例患儿中患儿中痊愈8例(44.4%)，死亡4例(22.2%)，继续治疗6例(33.3%)。结论：对嗜血细胞综合征患儿采取综合性的护理措施，能有效降低死亡率，提高患儿生存质量，改善预后。

목적：：탐토대인동기혈세포종합증환인적호리체회。방법：선취2010년8월～2014년7월아원수치적18례인동기혈세포종합증환자작위연구대상，대소유환자진행종합성적호리，포괄심리호리、병정감측、용약호리급음식호리。결과：18례환인중환인중전유8례(44.4%)，사망4례(22.2%)，계속치료6례(33.3%)。결론：대기혈세포종합정환인채취종합성적호리조시，능유효강저사망솔，제고환인생존질량，개선예후。
To investigate the nursing experience of children with blood cell syndrome in children.Method Selection of August 2010~July 2014 in our hospital from 18 cases of children with hemophagocytic syndrome patients as the research object, for all patients of integrated nursing, including psychological nursing, disease monitoring, medication nursing and diet nursing. Results 18 cases (44.4%) were cured, 4 cases (22.2%) died, and 6 cases (33.3%) were continued treatment.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing measures for the children with the blood cell syndrome can effectively reduce the mortality, improve the quality of life and improve the prognosis of the children.
