目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方桔梗远志麻黄碱片Ⅰ中甘草苷及甘草酸的含量。方法:色谱柱为Agilent 5 HC-C18,流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0m l/m i n,甘草苷的检测波长为276n m、甘草酸的检测波长为250n m,柱温为30℃,进样量为20μl。结果:甘草苷和甘草酸的质量浓度分别在4.8274~43.4468、34.5511~310.9597μg/m l范围内与各自峰面积积分呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999、0.9999);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的R S D≤0.9%;甘草苷和甘草酸的平均加样回收率分别为99.6%、98.4%,R S D分别为0.9%、1.1%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便,准确,精密度好,适用于复方桔梗远志麻黄碱片Ⅰ中甘草苷及甘草酸的含量测定。

목적:건립고효액상색보법측정복방길경원지마황감편Ⅰ중감초감급감초산적함량。방법:색보주위Agilent 5 HC-C18,류동상위을정-0.05%린산용액(제도세탈),류속위1.0m l/m i n,감초감적검측파장위276n m、감초산적검측파장위250n m,주온위30℃,진양량위20μl。결과:감초감화감초산적질량농도분별재4.8274~43.4468、34.5511~310.9597μg/m l범위내여각자봉면적적분정량호선성관계(r=0.9999、0.9999);정밀도、은정성、중복성시험적R S D≤0.9%;감초감화감초산적평균가양회수솔분별위99.6%、98.4%,R S D분별위0.9%、1.1%(n=6)。결론:본방법간편,준학,정밀도호,괄용우복방길경원지마황감편Ⅰ중감초감급감초산적함량측정。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid in Compound radix platycodi polygala ephedrine tabletsⅠby HPLC. Methods The determination was performed on Agilent 5 HC-C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid (gradient elution) at the flow rate of 1.0ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 262 nm for liquiritin and 250nm for glycyrrhizic acid. The column temperature was 30℃. The sample size was 20 μl. Results The linear range were 4.8274~43.4468μg/ml of liquiritin (r=0.999 9), 34.5511~310.9597μg/ml for glycyrrhizic acid (r=0.999 9) . RSDs of precision, stabillity and repeatability tests were≤0.9%. The average recoveries were 99.6%(RSD=0.9%, n=6) and 98.4%(RSD=1.1%, n=6). Conclusions This method is simple and accurate with good precision .It can be used for the contents determination of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid in Compound radix platycodi polygala ephedrine tabletsⅠ.
