世界全球化的今天，翻译事业取得了迅猛的发展，与此同时翻译批评也在广度和深度方面有所进步。过去的翻译批评活动主要是依赖专业的学者来进行，具有迟滞性和片面性，而且数量极少、信息沟通不便。网络的兴起拓展了翻译批评主体的范围，丰富的批评声音为翻译批评事业注入了新鲜的血液。但是网络巨大的信息流也引出了很多问题。利用界壳理论，分析读者与译文、译者之间存在的周界，以及周界上的影响因素，提出构建网络翻译批评机制的理论，从而通过网络翻译批评推动翻译事业的健康发展。

As globalization promotes cross‐cultural communications around the world ,the translation cause has achieved rapid development .This has simulated translation criticism both in width and depth .In the past ,translation criticism was the business of the professional scholars .Naturally ,this features hystere‐sis ,one‐sidedness ,as well as a scarcity and inconvenience of information communication .With the rise of the Internet ,the scope of translation criticism has been expanded and regular translation criticizing activi‐ties thus inject fresh blood into the cause of translation criticism .However ,the huge network information flow gives rise to a lot of problems at the same time .This paper puts forward the theory of building a net‐work translation criticism mechanism by examining the boundary between readers and translators and its related influential factors based on the jieke theory ,thus promoting the healthy development of the trans‐lation cause .
