患者,男,36岁。外阴部丘疹、苔藓样斑块20余年,偶有瘙痒及疼痛。皮肤科检查见阴囊左侧及腹股沟处紫蓝色条索状斑块,稍隆起,其上可见蜡样灰白色鳞屑。组织病理检查符合传染性软疣。
患者,男,36歲。外陰部丘疹、苔蘚樣斑塊20餘年,偶有瘙癢及疼痛。皮膚科檢查見陰囊左側及腹股溝處紫藍色條索狀斑塊,稍隆起,其上可見蠟樣灰白色鱗屑。組織病理檢查符閤傳染性軟疣。
환자,남,36세。외음부구진、태선양반괴20여년,우유소양급동통。피부과검사견음낭좌측급복고구처자람색조색상반괴,초륭기,기상가견사양회백색린설。조직병리검사부합전염성연우。
A 36-year-old male presented with papules and lichenoid plaques on vulva for more than 20 years, with itching and pain. Physical examination showed blue-violet strip plaque with waxy grey scales on the surface. The pathological feature of the lesion was in accordance with the diagnosis of molluscum contagi-osum.
