目的:调查高校辅导员工作满意度及职业发展需求动机的现状。方法:采用问卷调查的方法对河北省某高校91名辅导员进行抽样调查,采用描述性分析、t检验和方差分析的研究方法。结果:高校辅导员工作满意度整体水平较高,但部分辅导员对岗位工资待遇、地位、发展前景不大满意。辅导员具有较强的职业发展需求动机,多数辅导员希望提升学历学位,承担一定的教学任务,考取相关的职业证书,参加校内外培训交流,以提高职业技能、业务素质和科研能力。结论:应加强辅导员队伍建设,满足辅导员职业发展需求,鼓励辅导员提升学历,支持辅导员教学科研,加强辅导员培训交流,提升辅导员心理健康水平。

목적:조사고교보도원공작만의도급직업발전수구동궤적현상。방법:채용문권조사적방법대하북성모고교91명보도원진행추양조사,채용묘술성분석、t검험화방차분석적연구방법。결과:고교보도원공작만의도정체수평교고,단부분보도원대강위공자대우、지위、발전전경불대만의。보도원구유교강적직업발전수구동궤,다수보도원희망제승학력학위,승담일정적교학임무,고취상관적직업증서,삼가교내외배훈교류,이제고직업기능、업무소질화과연능력。결론:응가강보도원대오건설,만족보도원직업발전수구,고려보도원제승학력,지지보도원교학과연,가강보도원배훈교류,제승보도원심리건강수평。
The current situation of work satisfaction and occupation demand motivation of counselors was investigated .Questionnaire was adopted to investigate 91 counselors in one university in Hebei Province . Methods of descriptive analysis ,t‐test and variance test were adopted in the study .The results show that the current situation of work satisfaction of counselors is good generally ,but some counselors are not sat‐isfied with salary ,position and occupation development .Counselors has strong occupation demand motiva‐tion ,who hope to attain higher degree ,undertake some teaching work ,get occupational certificate ,take part in academic training and communication to improve vocational skills ,career quality and research ca‐pacity .T he conclusion show s that some countermeasures should be taken ,such as team building should be enhanced ,their demand should be satisfied ,the motivation to get education degree should be encouraged , develop teaching and research should be supported ,and training and communication should be strength‐ened ,and mental health situation should be improved .
