患者,女,32岁。头面部、躯干、上肢红色斑块13年,破溃3年。皮肤科检查：面部、头皮、背部、双上肢大小不等、形状不规则红斑、斑块,表面附有黏着性鳞屑,多处萎缩性瘢痕；头皮、左耳前、右下颌、右上臂多发大小不等溃疡。实验室检查：血沉升高,抗核抗体谱阴性。皮损组织病理示：棘层轻度增生,可见毛囊角栓,基底细胞液化变性,真皮浅层水肿,以淋巴细胞为主的炎细胞浸润,血管、附属器周围明显。
환자,녀,32세。두면부、구간、상지홍색반괴13년,파궤3년。피부과검사：면부、두피、배부、쌍상지대소불등、형상불규칙홍반、반괴,표면부유점착성린설,다처위축성반흔；두피、좌이전、우하합、우상비다발대소불등궤양。실험실검사：혈침승고,항핵항체보음성。피손조직병리시：극층경도증생,가견모낭각전,기저세포액화변성,진피천층수종,이림파세포위주적염세포침윤,혈관、부속기주위명현。
A 32-year-old female presented with red plaques on the scalp, face,upper limb for 13 years, which were ulcerated for 3 years. Physical examination revealed erythema,plaques and atrophic scars on the face,scalp,back,upper limbs, covered by adherent scales. Multiple ulcers of different sizes on the scalp,the front of left ear,right jaw and right arm. The laboratory tests showed increased ESR,negative ANA test result. The biopsy showed mild hyperkeratosis of stratum spinosum and follicular keratotic plugging,liquefaction of basal cells,superficial dermal edema with infiltration of lymphocytes primarily, especially around the blood vessels and appendages.
