目的：观察口服马栗种子提取物治疗黄斑水肿的临床疗效。方法：将50例黄斑水肿患者60眼随机分为2组，对照组采用常规促吸收疗法（口服维生素C，E和芦丁片），治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用马栗种子提取物口服，4周为1疗程，观察3个疗程。分别于治疗后4周和12周进行Amsler表、最佳矫正视力（ Best corrected visual acuity， BCVA）、FFA及OCT检查并评分定性判定治疗效果。结果：治疗后不同时间点，治疗组有效率均优于对照组（83．3％vs 20．0％；90．0％vs 30．0％），2组差异有显著意义（P﹤0．01），治疗组患者无1例不良反应发生。结论：马栗种子提取物可以安全有效的缓解黄斑水肿，改善视功能。
목적：관찰구복마률충자제취물치료황반수종적림상료효。방법：장50례황반수종환자60안수궤분위2조，대조조채용상규촉흡수요법（구복유생소C，E화호정편），치료조재상규치료기출상가용마률충자제취물구복，4주위1료정，관찰3개료정。분별우치료후4주화12주진행Amsler표、최가교정시력（ Best corrected visual acuity， BCVA）、FFA급OCT검사병평분정성판정치료효과。결과：치료후불동시간점，치료조유효솔균우우대조조（83．3％vs 20．0％；90．0％vs 30．0％），2조차이유현저의의（P﹤0．01），치료조환자무1례불량반응발생。결론：마률충자제취물가이안전유효적완해황반수종，개선시공능。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of oral the horse chestnut seed extract for treating macular edema.Methods:Fifty cases of macular edema patients ( sixty eyes) were randomly divided into 2 groups.The conventional therapy ( oral vitamin C, E and Rutin tablets) was used in control group.The treatment group was treated with oral horse chestnut seed extract and conventional therapy. Amsler's chart, best corrected visual acuity, FFA and OCT were examined 4 wk and 12 wk post-treatment.Results:After 4 weeks and 12 weeks observation, the effective rates in treatment group were better than those in the control group(83.3%vs 20.0%;90.0%vs 30. 0%), the difference was significant (P <0.01), no adverse reactions was observed in treatment group.Conclusion:The horse chestnut seed extract might be effective in relieving macular edema and improving visual function with no adverse reactions.
