根据应用型地方本科院校对人才的培养要求，结合学院自身实际情况，以实际教学过程为前提，对基础化学实验教学过程中所遇到的问题进行了剖析和思考。建议以明确实验教学目标，严格把控实验教学过程；合理布置实验教学结构，分层次进行实验教学为实验改革要点。初步探索建立新的适合应用型地方院校的实验教学体系，以期改善实验教学效果，并为学生在今后的工作岗位中提供真正有力的实践经验。

According to the requirements of talent training of applied local undergraduate colleges , combined with the actual situation of college itself , on the premise of practical teaching process , the problem encountered in the process of basic chemistry experiment teaching were carried on analysis and thinking.Reform outline of experimental teaching were suggested which contained making clear experimental teaching goal and controlling experiment teaching process strictly , decorating experiment teaching structure reasonably and reforming experiment hierarchically.A new experimental teaching system for applied local colleges was explored to establish preliminarily in order to improve experiment teaching effect and provide students for a really strong practical experience in the future work.
