传统的干挂石材幕墙技术使用钢材作为骨架、岩棉作为保温材料,造价高,而且岩棉易吸水,降低了保温效果。采用自保温墙体粘贴超薄石材幕墙,既能体现建筑物的风格,又可以满足外墙保温节能要求。这一新技术利用自保温墙体砌块自身优良的保温性能,通过石材防护剂解决石材渗水问题,在抹灰层中埋置钢丝网保证抹灰层的整体性和基层粘贴力,创新性地在轻质墙体外侧粘贴超薄石材(5~8 mm),配合专用保温砌筑砂浆和保温抹灰砂浆,采用小灰缝工艺进行墙体砌筑,可以有效解决石材湿贴的质量通病,达到石材幕墙的效果,而且墙体热工性能满足节能标准要求,具有广阔的应用前景。

The traditional technology of dry hanging stone curtain wall uses steel as a skeleton and rock wall as insulation materials. But this technology costs a lot and decreases the thermal insulation because the rock wall easily absorbs water. AAC curtain wall pasted ultrathin stone can reflect the style of buildings and meet the requirement of energy-saving wall insulation. The new technology uses the excellent insulation of AAC brick, solves the water seepage of stone by stone protective agent, ensures plastering layer integrity and grassroots paste by burying steel wire mesh in plastering layer, and pastes ultra-thin stone (5~8 mm) on light material wall. Considering it effectively solves the quality problems of stone curtain wall, and the curtain wall can meet the energy-saving standards with a broad application prospect.
