办刊理念，决定着办刊的方式和刊物追求的目标。近年来，在期刊竞争日益激烈、优秀稿件大量外流的背景下，我们牢固树立“以质量求生存，以特色求发展”的办刊理念，依托我校重点学科和重点研究基地及硕士点各学科，以全国名优栏目“周秦文化与青铜器研究”、“张载与关学研究”为重点，加强与高影响作者、知名学者、客座教授及学术顾问的联系；采取专、兼职与全体编委三位一体的约稿模式；认真选题，匿名审稿，提高编辑与编排质量，学术影响力不断扩大，已基本形成了我校的办刊特色。
판간이념，결정착판간적방식화간물추구적목표。근년래，재기간경쟁일익격렬、우수고건대량외류적배경하，아문뢰고수립“이질량구생존，이특색구발전”적판간이념，의탁아교중점학과화중점연구기지급석사점각학과，이전국명우란목“주진문화여청동기연구”、“장재여관학연구”위중점，가강여고영향작자、지명학자、객좌교수급학술고문적련계；채취전、겸직여전체편위삼위일체적약고모식；인진선제，닉명심고，제고편집여편배질량，학술영향력불단확대，이기본형성료아교적판간특색。
T he idea of running determines the w ay and goal of publication .In recent years ,facing the background of increasingly fierce competition , and outflow excellent Journal manuscript , we firmly establish the idea of "quality for survival ,characteristics for development",rely on our key dis‐ciplines and key research bases and the various disciplines with master’s program ,with the famous column "Zhou Qin culture and bronze research","Zhang Zai and Gunxue study" as the focus ,and strengthen the influence of highly influential author ,famous scholar ,professor and academic advisor , encourage professional , part‐time and other editor to call for manuscripts , and seriously design topics ,review manuscripts anonymously ,improve the quality of editing .Academic influence of the u‐niversity journal continues to expand ,and it has basically formed its school Journal characteristics .
