空调系统冷热源的选择对建筑的初投资及运行费用影响很大。针对扬州某综合办公楼项目情况,选取常见的3种冷热源方案:空气源热泵的 VRV 系统、冷水机组加热水锅炉系统、土壤源热泵系统等进行了初投资和运行费用的经济比较。结果表明:土壤源热泵系统的综合效益最大。该项目的冷热源采用了土壤源地埋管热泵系统,并带有热回收技术,充分利用冷凝热来制取生活热水,既节省了能耗又减少了对环境的热排放,完全符合现代建筑绿色节能的要求。

The choice of cold and heat sources of air conditioning system has an important effect on investment and operation cost. The author selects several kinds of common cold and heat source system solutions according to the situation of a project in Yangzhou, including the air-source heat pump VRV system, chilled water unit and the hot water boiler, ground-source heat pump system. With the economic comparison of the initial investment and operation cost, it suggests that the maximum comprehensive bene-fit belongs to the soil-source heat pump system. The project uses ground source heat pump system and heat recovery technology, it makes full use of condensing heat to prepare hot water, thus reducing energy consumption and the thermal emissions to the environment, accords with the modern green building ener-gy saving standards.
