氨纶具有极好的伸缩弹性已被广泛地应用到弹力织物中,工业化生产方法有:溶液干法、溶液湿法、熔融法和化学反应法。其中溶液干法纺丝技术占据主导地位,但其成本高,使用溶剂DMF毒性大,污染环境,制约其进一步的发展;熔融法纺丝是新型纺丝技术,投资少、流程简单、产量大,且没有溶剂造成的污染,是最具发展前途的氨纶纺丝技术。

Spandex has excellent scale elasticity and has been widely used in the stretch fabric.Industrial production methods are solution dry, wet, melt and chemical reaction method.The method of dry spinning technology is dominant , but its cost is high and using solvent DMF toxicity which is one of environmental pollution restrict its further development .Melt is a new spinning technique, less investment, simple process, high yield, and no solvent pollution, which is one of the most promising fiber spinning technology.
