为得到配电网多阶段多场景最恰当的规划方式,通过对配电网多阶段规划方式进行了总结,并根据遇到的问题提出了一种综合的多维评价函数方法。根据阶段将规划过程分离,并且简化部分指标,达到理论上可通过简单计算得出最合适接线模式的方式,从而降低了规划过程中的难度。该方法可以作为对远期规划的指导,还可以用来分析不同情况下、相同接线模式的适用性。

In order to obtain the most appropriate planning method of the multi-stage distribution network, this paper analyzes and summarizes the distribution network multi-stage planning approaches and in view of the problems,puts forward a comprehensive multi-dimension evaluation function method. In this method,the planning process can be separated accord-ing to the different stages and some indexes can be simplified so that the most appropriate wiring mode can be obtained through some simple calculations, and the difficulty in the planning process be reduced. Therefore,the multi-dimensional evaluation function method can be used as guidance for long-term planning,and it can also be used to analyze of the app-licability of the same wiring pattern in different situations.
