目的：探讨输血前不规则抗体检验的价值。方法回顾性分析2000例输血患者的临床资料，均予以输血前不规则抗体检验，总结效果。结果筛出阳性40例，女性多于男性；不规则抗体14例，特异性抗体5例。结论输血前不规则抗体检验可检出特异性抗体，使输血安全得到保障，值得借鉴。
目的：探討輸血前不規則抗體檢驗的價值。方法迴顧性分析2000例輸血患者的臨床資料，均予以輸血前不規則抗體檢驗，總結效果。結果篩齣暘性40例，女性多于男性；不規則抗體14例，特異性抗體5例。結論輸血前不規則抗體檢驗可檢齣特異性抗體，使輸血安全得到保障，值得藉鑒。
목적：탐토수혈전불규칙항체검험적개치。방법회고성분석2000례수혈환자적림상자료，균여이수혈전불규칙항체검험，총결효과。결과사출양성40례，녀성다우남성；불규칙항체14례，특이성항체5례。결론수혈전불규칙항체검험가검출특이성항체，사수혈안전득도보장，치득차감。
Objective To investigate value of irregular antibodies before blood transfusion test. Methods Clinical data of 2000 blood transfusion patients were retrospectively analyzed. They all received irregular antibodies before blood transfusion test for outcome summary. Results There were 40 positive cases, and female cases were more than male cases. There were 14 cases with irregular antibodies and 5 cases with specific antibodies. Conclusion Implement of irregular antibodies before blood transfusion test can detect specific antibodies. This method guarantees safety of blood transfusion, and it is worth referring.
