以菊花组培苗为试验材料,采用LED光源发射的单色光谱红、蓝、绿光等进行不同光质的配比组合,以日光灯作为对照,对组培苗的株高以及增殖系数进行差异比较。结果表明:红蓝复合光(2RB)处理的菊花组培苗株高最高,增殖系数最大,因此红蓝复合光(2RB)是菊花组培苗继代增殖的理想光源。

이국화조배묘위시험재료,채용LED광원발사적단색광보홍、람、록광등진행불동광질적배비조합,이일광등작위대조,대조배묘적주고이급증식계수진행차이비교。결과표명:홍람복합광(2RB)처리적국화조배묘주고최고,증식계수최대,인차홍람복합광(2RB)시국화조배묘계대증식적이상광원。
Tissue culture seedlings of Chrysanthemum were used as test material, Different combinations were formed by arraying the different light qualities at different proportions based on LED monochromatic spectrum including red, blue and green with fluorescent lamp as the control. The effects of different light qualities generated by LED on growth and physiological characteristic index of Chrysanthemum plantlets were studied. The results showed that the red-blue complex of LED (2RB) light will be the major light source for plant tissue culture of Chrysanthemum in future. The proliferation rate of plant tissue was significant higher than the other light quality.
