通过对宿州旅游开发的必要性与紧迫性进行分析，得出产品及商品开发拟解决的关键问题是设计合理的旅游商品谱系，建设旅游商品的开发的技术平台。对旅游商品开发的技术原理进行分析，得出开发的研究方法与技术方案，从而得出宿州旅游商品开发的技术路线图。
