为合理利用山区土地资源，加快推进山区退耕还林，增加农民收入，在平邑县进行退耕还林试验，结果表明：退耕还林成本高于种植农作物的成本；在果树结果前，退耕还林单位土地收益明显低于种植农作物的收益；果树进入结果期后，退耕还林收益逐渐增加；种植配置模式不同，收益不同，退耕还林经济收益高于种植农作物收益。
위합리이용산구토지자원，가쾌추진산구퇴경환림，증가농민수입，재평읍현진행퇴경환림시험，결과표명：퇴경환림성본고우충식농작물적성본；재과수결과전，퇴경환림단위토지수익명현저우충식농작물적수익；과수진입결과기후，퇴경환림수익축점증가；충식배치모식불동，수익불동，퇴경환림경제수익고우충식농작물수익。
