目的：探讨成人流行性腮腺炎并发睾丸炎的有效治疗方法及干预措施。方法对住院治疗的27例腮腺炎并发睾丸炎患者所采取的治疗措施进行了回顾性总结。结果该组病例均获得较好疗效，体温降至正常时间（4±1）天，治疗时限（6±1）天，无阴囊破溃及脓肿形成病例。结论成人腮腺炎易并发睾丸炎，成熟的睾丸易于被二次入血的腮腺病毒攻击，且病情发展迅猛，其症状重于腮腺炎，提前干预是减少或减轻睾丸炎症状的有效手段。
목적：탐토성인류행성시선염병발고환염적유효치료방법급간예조시。방법대주원치료적27례시선염병발고환염환자소채취적치료조시진행료회고성총결。결과해조병례균획득교호료효，체온강지정상시간（4±1）천，치료시한（6±1）천，무음낭파궤급농종형성병례。결론성인시선염역병발고환염，성숙적고환역우피이차입혈적시선병독공격，차병정발전신맹，기증상중우시선염，제전간예시감소혹감경고환염증상적유효수단。
Objective To investigate the effective method and intervention measures for the treatment of adult mumps orchitis. Methods Twenty-seven hospitalized cases of mumps orchitis patients's treatments were ana-lyzed retrospectively. Results This group of cases obtained good curative effect. Time of the Temperature fell to normal:4 ± 1days,The treatment time:6 ± 1days,no scrotal ulceration and abscess formation cases. Conclu-sions Adult mumps and orchitis is easy concurrent,The mature testis is easy attacked by mumps virus of the sec-ond time into the blood,and disease developed rapidly,and it's symptoms more serious than the mumps,early intervention is an effective means to reduce or alleviate the symptoms of orchitis.
