目的:了解新疆地区中学教师职业紧张水平以及职业紧张和工作能力的关系。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,对新疆乌鲁木齐市、克拉玛依市、巴州、伊犁州、哈密地区的3500名中学教师进行现场问卷调查,采用职业紧张量表(修订版)和工作能力指数量表(WAI)(中文修订版),比较不同年级、性别、民族、科目、教龄教师职业紧张水平的差异。结果(1)高中教师中、高度职业紧张高于初中教师;男性教师中、高度职业紧张高于女性教师(P <0.01);不同教龄教师中、高度职业紧张比例无统计学差异(P >0.05);汉族教师中、高度职业紧张高于少数民族教师(P <0.01);语文教师和外语教师中、高度职业紧张高于其他科目教师(P <0.01);(2)职业紧张、紧张反应与工作能力呈负相关。结论新疆地区中学教师工作紧张现象较突出,职业紧张对工作能力有一定的负面影响。

Objective To understand the relationship between the level of middle school teachers occupa-tional stress and work ability in Xinjiang.Methods Using stratified cluster sampling method in Urumqi, Karamay,Hami District,Bazhou,Yili prefecture of Xinjiang,a site questionnaire survey to 3 500 middle school teachers,using occupational stress inventory revised edition and revision work ability index (WAI) in Chinese scale,compare to different grade,gender,nationality,subjects,teaching age differences in the levels of teachers′occupational stress.Results The levels of Occupational stress in high school teachers beyond those in the junior middle school teachers;Occupational stress of male teachers higher than that of female teachers (P <0.01);Occupational stress of different seniority teachers was no significant difference (P >0.05);Occupational stress of Han teachers higher than minority teachers (P <0.01);Occupational stress of language teachers and foreign language teachers higher than other subject teachers (P <0.01);There were negative correlation between occupational stress,stress reactions and work ability.Conclusion Qccupational stress of high school teachers is more high in Xinjiang,and it has already shown negative effects on work.
