针对大型抓斗船抓斗水下三维定位这一工程技术难点，对比研究了多种定位方法，选定了采用超短基线声学定位系统USBL实现抓斗的水下定位，介绍了该系统需要的适应性改造，对设备的型号选择、安装位置、安装方式及系统使用过程中影响定位精度的主要因素、减小误差的方法进行了分析。

The grab's underwater three- dimensional positioning of a large- scale grab ship is a technical difficulty. We compared and studied several positioning methods, finally selected the ultrashort baseline acoustic system ( USBL) for the grab's underwater positioning. We introduced the adaptive reconstructions of the system, and analyzed the key factors in the equipment's model, installation position, installation method, and the system's using process that impact on the positional accuracy, and put forward the methods to decrease the errors.
