港口工程中皮带机转运站内布置有各类工艺设备,这些设备运行振动大,产生的振动荷载会对转运站结构产生较大影响。针对振动过大的某皮带机转运站进行现场测试,建立数学模型进行分析,找出了转运站振源,提出了振动解决方案,为皮带机转运站设计提供参考。

Kinds of process equipments are placed in the transfer station for harboring projects, these large equipments will vibrate sharply to impact the structure of the transfer station. Based on the on-site vibration testing and mathematical modal analysis of one transfer station, we found out the vibration source of transfer station, and proposed the solution to reduce the level of the vibration, which provide such reference for design of the conveyor transfer station.
