目的：为了确保解放军援利埃博拉病毒病诊疗中心安全运行，提升护理安全。方法采用专家会议头脑风暴法，以鱼骨图的形式分析护理风险环节及原因。结果针对环境污染、医护力量削弱、设施非功能状态等三大方面的护理风险，制定详细的干预机制，确保护理安全，实现“打胜仗、零感染”目标。讨论主动寻找风险原因，修订与完善既定的流程，制定突发意外事件的应急预案，并实施全员培训，是确保利比里亚埃博拉病毒病诊疗中心护理安全的关键。
목적：위료학보해방군원리애박랍병독병진료중심안전운행，제승호리안전。방법채용전가회의두뇌풍폭법，이어골도적형식분석호리풍험배절급원인。결과침대배경오염、의호역량삭약、설시비공능상태등삼대방면적호리풍험，제정상세적간예궤제，학보호리안전，실현“타성장、령감염”목표。토론주동심조풍험원인，수정여완선기정적류정，제정돌발의외사건적응급예안，병실시전원배훈，시학보리비리아애박랍병독병진료중심호리안전적관건。
Objective In order to keep the Ebola treatment unit in Liberia by PLA medical staffs running functionally, and improve nursing security.Method Experts meeting and brain storm methods were used.Fish bone diagram was used to analyze key pints of nursing risks and the reasons.Result Three main risks are found, which are environmental contamination, weakness of medical and nursing workforces, and malfunction status of fa-cilities.With detailed intervention mechanism against nursing risks, nursing security is made and the goal of“win the battle, zero infection” is reached.Discussion Taking initiative actions to find the reasons of risks, rectifying the working flows, establishing emergency countermeasure guidelines, and training all the staffs, are the key point to ensure the nursing security in Ebola treatment unit in Liberia.
