医用耗材管理是医院管理的重要组成部分，我国医疗机构中医用耗材的使用呈现扩大化和高值化的特点，由于患者和医院都存在认识上的误区和自身利益的考虑，医用耗材已经成为医疗总费用和患者负担的主要组成部分，科学合理的使用和规范完善的管理是控制医用耗材过快增长的重要手段。积极探索政府主导下的集中招标，体现“量价效应”，试点开展耗材委托配送管理和供应链思想为基础的现代物流是未来医院医用耗材管理的方向。
