目的:了解综合性医院护士的健康促进生活方式水平,探讨其人口学特征对健康促进生活方式的影响。方法采用一般资料问卷和健康促进生活方式量表( Health-promoting Lifestyles Profile-Ⅱ,HPLP-Ⅱ),运用抽样的方法,对3所综合医院360名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士健康促进生活方式得分为(110.84±19.79)分,各维度中得分最高的是人际关系维度,得分最低的是运动锻炼维度,82.2%的护士生活方式处于良好以下,为不健康,需要改进。不同性别、年龄、工龄的护士健康促进生活方式得分进行比较,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论临床护士健康促进生活方式欠佳,医院护理管理者应找出护士健康生活方式的相关影响因素,在医院内有针对性地开展健康促进活动,促进员工形成健康的生活方式,保证员工的身心健康,从而提升护理质量。

Objective To assessment the health promoting lifestyle level of clinical nurses in comprehen-sive hospitals, and analyze the influencing factors of demographic characteristics.Methods 360 clinical nurses from three comprehensive hospitals were selected by using the method of convenience sampling to fill out the general information questionnaire and Health Promoting Lifestyle Scale ( Profile-II, HPLP-II) .Results The standard-ized score of health promotion behavior is(110.84 ±19.79).the highest score of each dimension is interpersonal relationship dimension, the lowest score of each dimension is exercise dimension, 82.2%of the nurses′lifestyle are unhealthy, different gender, age, length of service of nurses health promoting lifestyle scores were different, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nurses'health promoting lifestyle is poor. Hospital nursing administration should further to find out the effect of other factors of nurses in a healthy lifestyle, to carry out health promotion activities, to promote the clinical nurses to develop a healthy lifestyle, ensure employees'physical and mental health, so as to improve the quality of nursing.
