研究不同影响因素下的复合绝缘子沿串电场分布特性,对提高绝缘子可靠性具有重要意义。利用COMSOL Multiphysics有限元仿真计算软件建立了三维模型,分析了杆塔、导线长度和山坡倾斜角度对绝缘子沿串电场分布的影响。结果表明:导线改善了绝缘子串高压端局部场强过高的情况,且导线越长改善的效果越明显;杆塔使得沿绝缘子串方向的电场分布更加均匀;山坡的倾斜角度,对绝缘子高压侧的电场分布有些细微影响,但可以不予考虑。由此可得,导线、杆塔、地面与绝缘子间的杂散电容都会影响绝缘子沿串电场的分布。

Research on the characteristics of electric field distribution along the insulator string under different influencing factors is of great significance to improve reliability of the insulator. With the help of FEM simulation calculation software of COMSOL multiphysics,a 3D model is established to analyze the influence of the wire length,tower and slope angle on the electric field distribution along the insulator string. The results reveal that the conductor wire improves the condition of the local high electric field at high voltage terminal,and the longer wire makes better improvement. The tower makes the electric field distribution more uniform along the string;the slope angle has some minute influences on the electric field distribution of high voltage terminal,which can be ignored. The conclusion is that stray capacitance between wires, tower, ground and insulator affects the electric field distribution along the insulator string.
