对多哈新港大方块安装接触面形式下的受力进行分析,上下接触面各存在3个接触点,当接触点距离方块边角小于0.10 m时方块会发生剪切破坏,上下面接触点最大相对距离超过4.0 m时方块会弯拉发生破坏。通过对混凝土顶面进行“拉毛”处理,降低接触相对高点强度,受压下能够迅速有效降低高度,使方块其他接触面受力更加均匀,减小开裂风险。经现场观测方块未出现明显开裂。

The stress forms of Doha new port big concrete blocks at different installing contact surface conditions were analyzed in the paper. There are 3 contact points on each contact surface, and when the distance between contact point and corner smaller than 0.10 m, or the smallest distance between top and bottom contact points more than 4.0 m, the shear or bending tensile failure would occur. Concrete top surface napping can reduce the strength of the contact relative high points, whose height can quickly and effectively reduce under compression. So that the other points of block contact surface become more evenly, and the cracking risk was reduced. By field observation concrete blocks did not appear obvious cracking.
