目的:分析医学计量人员对相关知识的需求情况,为制定针对性的培训工作和构建医学计量数字化资源提供指导依据。方法采用自制调查问卷和便利抽样法,抽取18家三甲医院的54名从事医学计量检定工作人员进行调查。结果73.33%的受访者最多参加过一次培训,受访者对培训的需求高;70%以上的人希望能在医学检验仪器、医学仪器原理、医学计量检定实作技能方面获得进一步的提高;选择培训班或专题讲座的人数分别占96.67%和60.00%,23.33%的人选择网络课程。结论应加快对医学计量人才队伍的建设,在专业设置、知识体系构建、后续培训内容和模式方面赶上时代发展的需要;同时加大相关测试研究的投入,为医学计量人员创建良好的研究平台。

Objective To investigate the related knowledge demand of medical metrology personnel so as to develop the special training and construct rich digital resource.Methods 30 medical metrology personals from 9 hospitals were surveyed by convenient sampling with self-designed questionnaire.Results Respondents were in higher demand for related knowledge training, 73.33%of them had been trained at most once.More than 90%of respondents'training demand mainly focused on working principle and detection methodology in medical instrument. Respondents'preferred to be trained by the forms of classes or lectures, accounting for 96.67%and 60.00%of to-tal people respectively, 23.33%of respondents selected online courses.Conclusion The establishment of high-quality talent team should be accelerated, and major setting-up, knowledge system, subsequent training content and model should keep abreast with time.Meanwhile we should strengthen scientific research and create a sustain-able platform for medical metrology research.
