采用欧拉双流体模型和标准湍流模型对生物质双循环流化床冷态下整体流动进行了二维数值模拟。模拟分析了生物质双循环流化床在燃烧炉一次风量为80 m3/h、气化炉一次风量为10 m3/h、下返料风量为5 m3/h、气化炉内含料量为15 kg的冷态实验稳定运行的工况下,固体颗粒分布、双循环流化床压力分布和粒子示踪轨迹运动情况。为设计、优化生物质双循环流化床和热态实验调控提供理论依据。
採用歐拉雙流體模型和標準湍流模型對生物質雙循環流化床冷態下整體流動進行瞭二維數值模擬。模擬分析瞭生物質雙循環流化床在燃燒爐一次風量為80 m3/h、氣化爐一次風量為10 m3/h、下返料風量為5 m3/h、氣化爐內含料量為15 kg的冷態實驗穩定運行的工況下,固體顆粒分佈、雙循環流化床壓力分佈和粒子示蹤軌跡運動情況。為設計、優化生物質雙循環流化床和熱態實驗調控提供理論依據。

Entire 2-D numerically simulated of the cold biomass double circulating fluidized bed was studied using Euler/Euler fluid granular model and k-ε turbulent model.The solid particle distribution , the pressure distribution and the particle movement orbits were simulated in biomass double circulating fluidized bed under the follow conditions : air flow rate of 80 m3/h in combustion furnace , air flow rate of 10 m3/h in gasifier, air flow rate of 5 m3/h in lower u-valve and amount of 15 kg materials in gasifier.The result presented the theoretic foundation for the design of biomass double circulating fluidized bed and the control of hot experiments.
