采用热分解法合成了一系列 Ca/RE(mol)比例及掺杂浓度不同的 CaYF2:RE(RE=Yb3+,Er3+)上转换纳米发光材料,在980 nm 红外激光照射下,肉眼可观察到明亮的黄、绿色上转换发光.通过 X 射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、荧光光谱仪对样品进行表征.结果表明,Ca/RE(mol)比例为3,Yb3+和 Er3+掺杂浓度分别为20%、2%(mol)时得到发光性能较好的立方相 CaYF2:Yb,Er 上转换纳米材料.980 nm 红外光激发下, Yb3+和 Er3+共掺的 CaYF2:Yb,Er 发出分别来自于 Er3+的2 H 9/2→4 I15/2跃迁的蓝光、2 H 11/2,4 S3/2→4 I15/2跃迁的绿光和4 F9/2→4 I15/2跃迁的红光发射,且 Er3+的红、绿光发射均为双光子过程,蓝色发光为三光子过程.

A series of CaYF2 :RE(RE=Er3 + ,Yb3 + )up-conversion luminescence nanoparticles (NPs) with various doping concentrations and the ratio of Ca/RE(mol)were synthesized via a thermal decomposi-tion method.The intense up-conversion emission was observed from the NPs under the excitation of a 980 nm laser diode.The NPs were characterized through use the powder X-ray diffraction (XRD),trans-mission electron microscopy (TEM)and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results show that cubic CaYF2 :RE(RE=Er3 + ,Yb3 + )up-conversion materials with excellent luminescence can be obtained when the ratio of Ca/RE(mol)was 3,meantime,the concentrations of Yb3 + and Er3 + were 20% mol,2% mol respective-ly.Under 980 nm laser excitation the Yb3 + and Er3 + co-doped CaYF2 NPs display blue emission from 2 H 9/2 →4 I1 5/2 transitions of Er3 + ions,the green emission assigned to 2 H 1 1/2 →4 I1 5/2 and 4 S3/2 →4 I1 5/2 transi-tions of Er3 + ions,and the red emissions attributed to 4 F9/2 →4 I1 5/2 transitions of Er3 + ions respectively. The red/green emission of Er3 + ions are two-photon process,and the blue emission of Er3 + ions is three-photon process.
