刘家峡水库建成蓄水后窟区水环境发生了一系列变化，严重影响了处在水库库尾的炳灵寺石窟。十年来，通过开挖排水沟、外运淤沙等方式没有改变大寺沟河床持续增高的局面。根据炳灵寺石窟环境现状，本文试从保护植被、固沙、治水方面解决炳灵寺石窟的沙患和水患问题。

Since the Liujiaxia Reservoir was built, a series of environmental changes have greatly influenced the Binglingsi Grottoes. During the past ten years, various measures like digging outfall ditches and cleaning up silt sediments have not prevented the river bed from rising. This paper discusses various measures to deal with the sedimentation and flood problems according to the current environmental situation.
