目的：：研究三种鼠不同部位淋巴引流的特点及差异。方法：用墨水作显色剂，分别注射入KM小鼠、SCID Beige小鼠和SD大鼠后足掌、尾部及前掌皮下，通过观察其后肢、腹部及腋窝等处的淋巴结染色的情况来探明该区域淋巴引流的特点及差异。结果：①SCID Beige小鼠后足的淋巴引流是从腘淋巴结引流到髂淋巴结，KM小鼠从髂淋巴结还流向肾淋巴结；SD大鼠另有少量流至腹股沟淋巴结(P<0.05)。②KM小鼠和SCID Beige小鼠尾部的淋巴引流都沿同侧腹股沟淋巴结到腋窝副淋巴结(P=1.000)，SD大鼠则分别经双侧腘淋巴结和臀淋巴结流向髂淋巴结(P<0.05)。③KM小鼠和SCID Beige小鼠前掌的淋巴都流向腋窝副淋巴结和腋窝上叶的淋巴结(P=1.000)，SD大鼠是流到腋窝副淋巴结和腋窝顶部外侧的淋巴结(P<0.05)。结论：三种鼠在后足、尾部和前掌的淋巴引流各不相同。
목적：：연구삼충서불동부위림파인류적특점급차이。방법：용묵수작현색제，분별주사입KM소서、SCID Beige소서화SD대서후족장、미부급전장피하，통과관찰기후지、복부급액와등처적림파결염색적정황래탐명해구역림파인류적특점급차이。결과：①SCID Beige소서후족적림파인류시종객림파결인류도가림파결，KM소서종가림파결환류향신림파결；SD대서령유소량류지복고구림파결(P<0.05)。②KM소서화SCID Beige소서미부적림파인류도연동측복고구림파결도액와부림파결(P=1.000)，SD대서칙분별경쌍측객림파결화둔림파결류향가림파결(P<0.05)。③KM소서화SCID Beige소서전장적림파도류향액와부림파결화액와상협적림파결(P=1.000)，SD대서시류도액와부림파결화액와정부외측적림파결(P<0.05)。결론：삼충서재후족、미부화전장적림파인류각불상동。
Objective To investigate the patterns of lymphatic drainage in KM mice, SCID Beige mice and SD rats and their differences. Methods: The animals' lymphatic drainages were observed and identified through injecting ink into their hind feet,tails or forepaws subcutaneously. Results ①The lymph in hind foot went from hind leg through popliteal lymph node to iliac lymph node in SCID Beige mice,while in KM mice lymph drained through iliac lymph node to renal lymph node, and in SD rats there was a minor drainage to inguinal lymph node while most lymph returned to popliteal lymph node (P<0.05).②In KM and SCID Beige mice lymph in tails went through inguinal lymph node to subsidiary-axillary lymph node (P = 1.000), but in SD rats, lymph drained through bilateral popliteal lymph nodes and bilateral gluteal lymph nodes into bilateral iliac lymph nodes (P<0.05).③In two kinds of mice lymph in forepaws drained to subsidiary-axillary lymph node and up-axillary lymph node (P = 1.000), but drained to subsidiary-axillary lymph node and outside one of the three axillary lymph nodes in SD rats (P<0.05). ConclusionThe lymphatic drainage from hind foot,tail and forepaw are different in three species of murine.
