目的：研究维药毛菊苣的化学成分。方法采用正相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化，根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从毛菊苣全草的乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了4个化合物，为：豆甾醇-3-O-葡萄糖苷、七叶内酯、秦皮甲素和蔗糖。结论化合物豆甾醇-3-O-葡萄糖苷、秦皮甲素、蔗糖为首次从该属植物及该植物分离得到。
목적：연구유약모국거적화학성분。방법채용정상규효、Sephadex LH-20주색보진행분리순화，근거이화성질화파보수거감정화합물적결구。결과종모국거전초적을순제취물중분리감정료4개화합물，위：두치순-3-O-포도당감、칠협내지、진피갑소화자당。결론화합물두치순-3-O-포도당감、진피갑소、자당위수차종해속식물급해식물분리득도。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of alcoholic extraction from Cichorium glandulosum Boiss .et Huet.Methods The constituents were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 chromatography,which structures were elucidated by physicochemical constants and spectral data analyses.Results Four chemical constituents were isolated from the alcoholic extraction in the stems ofC .glandulosum ,and the structures were identified as stigmasterol-3-O-gluco-side,esculetin,esculin and saccharose.Conclusion The compounds 1,3 and 4 were isolated from Cichorium L.and Cichorium glandulosum Boiss .et Heut for the first time.
