海勤人员是我国海军的主体力量，担负保护海上安全，维护领海主权，确保海洋权益，保卫蓝色祖国的重要责任。随着我国海军战略方针的转变，海勤人员的任务形式、组训方式、训练模式、武器装备也出现诸多变化，对海勤疗养也提出新的保障要求。本文分析军队疗养院开展海勤疗养保障工作的现状与问题，列举本院通过举办全军海勤疗养专业培训班，开展规章制度、疗养需求、工作实践、个性化保障模式、精细化服务、疗养文化六个方面培训工作的具体措施，探讨从培训模式、课程设置、人才选拔、保障机制等方面，更好优化培训工作、提升培训质量的方法；旨在提高现代军事斗争形势下海勤人员疗养保障能力，促使战斗力再生成。

Naval service personnel were the main force of China's navy forces, which charged with the re-sponsibility to protect maritime security, ensured maritime rights, defended the blue motherland.With the change of naval strategy policy, there were a series of transform in the task form, training mode and weaponry, which put forward new requirements to naval convalescent work.The article analyzed the current situation and problems of na-val convalescent work in military sanatorium, gave the list of measures from six aspects of rules and regulations, convalescent demand, work practice, individual security, fine service and convalescent culture on the whole naval convalescent professional training course.The author also discussed the improving methods to optimize work and improve quality from four aspects of training model, curriculum schedule, personnel selection and service mecha-nism,which aimed at improving the capabilities of naval convalescent and promoting combat regenerate under mod-ern military struggle situation.
