以丙烯酸和蔗糖为原料,由酯交换反应合成丙烯酸蔗糖酯(单,双),研究了乳化剂用量、催化剂种类、丙烯酸与蔗糖的摩尔比、阻聚剂种类、溶剂用量对收率的影响。实验结果表明,最佳合成条件是:用对甲苯磺酸作催化剂1.7 g,对甲氧基苯酚作为阻聚剂0.5 g,丙烯酸与蔗糖的摩尔比为2.5:1,分散剂水36 mL,硬酯酸钠为乳化剂4 g,在此条件下,总酯收率可达90%以上。
以丙烯痠和蔗糖為原料,由酯交換反應閤成丙烯痠蔗糖酯(單,雙),研究瞭乳化劑用量、催化劑種類、丙烯痠與蔗糖的摩爾比、阻聚劑種類、溶劑用量對收率的影響。實驗結果錶明,最佳閤成條件是:用對甲苯磺痠作催化劑1.7 g,對甲氧基苯酚作為阻聚劑0.5 g,丙烯痠與蔗糖的摩爾比為2.5:1,分散劑水36 mL,硬酯痠鈉為乳化劑4 g,在此條件下,總酯收率可達90%以上。

Sucrose acrylate ( single and double ) was synthesized by the ester exchange using sucrose and acrylic acid as the raw material.The influence of many factors on the synthesis , such as the emulsifier dosage , the type of catalyst , the molar ratio of acrylic acid and sugar , the type of inhibitor , the dosage of solvent , were researched.The experimental results showed that the best synthesis condition was as follows:p-toluenesulfonic acid as a catalyst was 1.7 g, p-methoxy phenol as a polymerization inhibitor was 0.5 g, acrylic acid and sucrose was 2.5:1 , the dispersant was 36 mL, sodium stearate as emulsifier was 4 g.In these conditions , the total ester yield was up to 90%.
