目的：评价针药结合治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法：收治慢性前列腺炎患者220例，随机分为治疗组120例和对照组100例。治疗组给予中药灌肠和针灸治疗，对照组给予前列康治疗。观察两组疗效。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率差异存在统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：针药结合治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效肯定。

목적：평개침약결합치료만성전렬선염적림상료효。방법：수치만성전렬선염환자220례，수궤분위치료조120례화대조조100례。치료조급여중약관장화침구치료，대조조급여전렬강치료。관찰량조료효。결과：치료조화대조조총유효솔차이존재통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：침약결합치료만성전렬선염료효긍정。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods:220 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group with 120 cases and the control group with 100 cases.The treatment group were given acupuncture combined with medicine;the control group were given Qian Lie Kang;then the effect of two groups was compared.Results:The difference in total effectivere rate was statistically significant between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of chronic prostatitis has curative effect.
