钛酸钡材料的形貌、晶粒尺寸等对其性能有很大的影响，因此对钛酸钡材料形貌和尺寸的控制研究已经成为当前研究钛酸系材料的重点之一，近年来不断有研究者提出新颖形貌钛酸钡晶体的制备研究方法。本文着重综述了近年来制备钛酸钡方法及形貌控制上取得的成绩，讨论了各种控制方法对钛酸钡晶体形貌产生的影响，同时预测了形貌可控钛酸钡未来研究的方向。

The morphology and size have a great impact on the properties of barium titanate.Therefore the study of its size and shape controlled to performance is valuable.In recent years , there are an increasing number of methods for preparation of BaTiO 3 with novel morphology.The research progress of barium titanate with different morphology in recent years was summarized.The effect of preparation method on the morphology of barium titanate was discussed.The research direction in the future was also forecasted.
