介绍了TRIZ创新方法理论及其求解问题的过程，系统的描述了利用 TRIZ创新理论解决问题的分析过程及解题步骤，以化工研发项目“结晶法制备石膏晶须的试验研究”为例，通过引入 TRIZ创新方法解决了在制备石膏晶须过程中存在的晶须长径比较小的问题，利用TRIZ理论中的物场模型、知识库、创新原理等方法，得到了若干个问题解决方案。

TRIZ innovation method and the process of solving the problems of chemical research and development were introduced.Taking a project for example , the TRIZ method was introduced to solve the problem which existed in the preparation process of gypsum whisker , and several solutions were got by using of TRIZ theory in material field model , knowledge base , innovation principle and method.
