目的:了解医学生内科临床实践教学资源情况,发现问题,提出相应措施,以期建立更完善的教学模式。方法对照《临床实习指导大纲》,通过实地调研、调查问卷、分析比较等方法,了解内科各科室一个实习周期(一年)收治病例数、临床技能操作例数等教学资源。结果列入《临床实习指导大纲》的病种,A类(资源充足)占42.62%,B类(资源不足)占13.12%,C类(资源缺乏)占44.26%;列入《临床实习指导大纲》的临床技能操作,A类(资源充足)占53.85%,B类(资源不足)占46.15%;一些重要的教学病种如慢性阻塞性肺病等缺乏病例资源。结论医学生内科临床实践教学资源欠缺,病种不全、临床技能操作不足,难以完成实习大纲。临床医学院需要完善教学模式,加强医学生临床实践能力的培养。

목적:료해의학생내과림상실천교학자원정황,발현문제,제출상응조시,이기건립경완선적교학모식。방법대조《림상실습지도대강》,통과실지조연、조사문권、분석비교등방법,료해내과각과실일개실습주기(일년)수치병례수、림상기능조작례수등교학자원。결과렬입《림상실습지도대강》적병충,A류(자원충족)점42.62%,B류(자원불족)점13.12%,C류(자원결핍)점44.26%;렬입《림상실습지도대강》적림상기능조작,A류(자원충족)점53.85%,B류(자원불족)점46.15%;일사중요적교학병충여만성조새성폐병등결핍병례자원。결론의학생내과림상실천교학자원흠결,병충불전、림상기능조작불족,난이완성실습대강。림상의학원수요완선교학모식,가강의학생림상실천능력적배양。
Objective To know the situation and problems of internal medicine teaching resources for medi-cal students clinical practice, so as to provide relevant measures and build a better teaching model.Methods Ac-cording to the guideline of clinical practice, the quantities of diseases and clinical operations in internal medicine of-fices in a year were surveyed by the following methods, such as field research, questionnaire survey and analytic com-parison.Results In the diseases written on the guideline for clinical practice, sort A, accounting for 42.62%, re-presents the ones which have enough resources, sort B, accounting for 13.12%, represents the ones which have less resources, and sort C, accounting for 44.26%, represents the ones which lack resources.In the clinical operations written on the guideline for clinical practice, sort A accounts for 53.85%, and sort B accounts for 46.15%.Some diseases which are of vital importance to the medical students, such as COPD, are short of resources.Conclusion The clinical practice resources for medical students in internal medicine offices are insufficient, increasing the diffi-culty for medical students to finish the task written on the guideline for clinical practice.The clinical medicine colle-ges should improve the teaching model and pay more attention to promoting the practice ability of medical students.
