油田开发过程中,经常出现油井结蜡问题,有些油井结蜡严重导致产量大幅下降,甚至停产。油井结蜡主要与温度、管壁剪切力、流速、蜡浓度梯度、含水率等因素有关。目前我国清防蜡采取的主要措施是热力和机械清蜡,近几年化学防蜡和微生物防蜡发展迅速。通过清除油井中的蜡,提高油井产量,增加产油效率。
