针对油气输送中对抗硫管线管抗HIC性能要求和调质态无缝管线管的生产特点，着重对调质态无缝管线管组织控制影响因素进行了分析，采用试验验证了化学成分、热处理工艺等对无缝管线管调质态组织的影响，并结合不同组织状态对其抗HIC性能的影响，分析了调质态抗硫无缝管线管最合适的组织控制状态。研究表明，通过调整合金成分，并搭配合理的热处理工艺，可控制获得均匀细小的回火B＋F组织，从而有效提高无缝管线管抗HIC性能。

According to the anti-HIC requirements and manufacturing characters of sulfur resistent seamless line pipe , investigation is focused on the factors that affect Q&T seamless line pipe’s microstructure.By using numbers experiment to verify the chemical compositions and how heat treatment affect Q&T seamless line pipe ’ s microstructure .Also studied effect of different microstructures on HIC resistance and analyzed preferred microstructure state of Q&T seamless line pipe.The research shows by controlling alloy compositions and combining with appropriate heat treatment process can get a fine tempered B +F microstructure , which can effectively improve HIC resistance of seamless line pipe .
