通过对塔式起重机的受力分析,采用MATLAB/Simulink软件建立了塔式起重机的仿真模型,分析了ZVR( ZV radial-motion assisted shapers)整形器在消除塔机回转运动时摇摆的设计方法,并对塔机回转运动时重物的摇摆轨迹进行了仿真,验证了ZVR整形器的有效性。
通過對塔式起重機的受力分析,採用MATLAB/Simulink軟件建立瞭塔式起重機的倣真模型,分析瞭ZVR( ZV radial-motion assisted shapers)整形器在消除塔機迴轉運動時搖襬的設計方法,併對塔機迴轉運動時重物的搖襬軌跡進行瞭倣真,驗證瞭ZVR整形器的有效性。

The simulation model for tower crane is established by using MATLAB/Simulink software according to the tower crane’s stress analysis. The design method to eliminate the tower crane’s swing in rotary motion with ZVR( ZV radial-motion assisted shapers)shaper is analysed and the swing trajectory of the tower crane’s rotary motion while hanging weight is simulated so as to validate the effectiveness of the ZVR shaper.
