目的：探讨脊柱术后切口愈合不良的特点及治疗效果。方法：收治脊柱手术患者820例，发生切开愈合不良16例，对其给予相应的处置。结果：16例患者经过保守治疗8例均治愈，切口清创冲洗治疗8例均一期愈合，拍片未发现骨质破坏及内固定松动。结论：术后持续高压冲洗和负压封闭引流是治疗脊柱术后切口愈合不良的有效方法。

목적：탐토척주술후절구유합불량적특점급치료효과。방법：수치척주수술환자820례，발생절개유합불량16례，대기급여상응적처치。결과：16례환자경과보수치료8례균치유，절구청창충세치료8례균일기유합，박편미발현골질파배급내고정송동。결론：술후지속고압충세화부압봉폐인류시치료척주술후절구유합불량적유효방법。
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of poor wound healing after spine surgery and its treatment effect.Methods:820 patients with spinal surgery were selected,in which there were 16 cases occurred poor wound healing,and given them corre-sponding treatment.Results:Among those 16 patients with conservative treatment,8 cases were cured with primary healing,further more,bone destruction and internal fixation loosening was not found in the film.Conclusion:Continuous high pressure washing and vacuum sealing drainage after operation is an effective method for the treatment of postoperative wound healing of spine.
