目的：研究静脉注射丙种球蛋白与口服孟鲁司特治疗呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：收治RSV毛细支气管炎患儿110例，随机分成常规治疗组和试验组，各55例。常规治疗组给予常规对症支持治疗；试验组在常规治疗的基础上给予静脉注射丙种球蛋白和孟鲁司特联用；疗程14 d。比较常规治疗组和试验组憋喘、咳嗽、哮鸣音、湿啰音消失时间及治愈率。结果：试验组临床治愈率92.7%，常规治疗组69.0%；两组患儿在憋喘、咳嗽、哮鸣音、湿啰音方面比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；试验组症状消失时间较常规治疗组缩短，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：静脉注射丙种球蛋白连用孟鲁司特对治疗RSV毛细支气管炎的临床疗效显著。
목적：연구정맥주사병충구단백여구복맹로사특치료호흡도합포병독(RSV)모세지기관염적림상료효。방법：수치RSV모세지기관염환인110례，수궤분성상규치료조화시험조，각55례。상규치료조급여상규대증지지치료；시험조재상규치료적기출상급여정맥주사병충구단백화맹로사특련용；료정14 d。비교상규치료조화시험조별천、해수、효명음、습라음소실시간급치유솔。결과：시험조림상치유솔92.7%，상규치료조69.0%；량조환인재별천、해수、효명음、습라음방면비교차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；시험조증상소실시간교상규치료조축단，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：정맥주사병충구단백련용맹로사특대치료RSV모세지기관염적림상료효현저。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of globulin joint montelukast for children with RSV bronchiolitis.Methods:110 patients with RSV bronchiolitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the routine treatment group and the experimental group with 55 cases in each.The routine treatment group were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment,and the experimental group on the basis of routine treatment given intravenous immunoglobulin combined with montelukast,the course of treatment was 14 d.We compared the conventional treatment group and the experimental group of children with wheeze,cough, wheezing,rales disappeared time and cure rate.Results:The clinical trials group the cure rate was 92.7%,and the routine treatment group was 69.0%.Comparing with two groups of children in dyspnea,cough,wheezing,rales,there were significant differences(P<0.05).The symptoms disappeared time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the conventional treatment group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of globulin joint montelukast for children with RSV bronchiolitis is outstanding.
