目的：探讨跟骨骨折术后并发症的预防策略。方法：收治跟骨骨折患者64例(76足)，采用手术治疗，记录术后并发症情况。结果：随访时间3～26个月。术后早期并发症6足，均为皮缘坏死，换药后创面愈合；晚期距下关节创伤性关节炎5足，经治疗2足缓解不影响生活，3足疼痛存在。优44足，良22足，差10足，优良率87%。结论：对于跟骨关节内骨折，选择适当的手术时机，制定周密的术前计划，术中采取有效复位联合植骨内固定，可以减少切开复位钢板内固定术后并发症的发生，疗效满意。
목적：탐토근골골절술후병발증적예방책략。방법：수치근골골절환자64례(76족)，채용수술치료，기록술후병발증정황。결과：수방시간3～26개월。술후조기병발증6족，균위피연배사，환약후창면유합；만기거하관절창상성관절염5족，경치료2족완해불영향생활，3족동통존재。우44족，량22족，차10족，우량솔87%。결론：대우근골관절내골절，선택괄당적수술시궤，제정주밀적술전계화，술중채취유효복위연합식골내고정，가이감소절개복위강판내고정술후병발증적발생，료효만의。
Objective:To explore the strategies for the prevention of wound complications after calcaneal fracture operation. Methods:64 cases(76 feet) of calcaneal fracture patients were selected.They were treated by operation.We recorded postoperative complications.Results:The follow-up time was 3 to 26 months.After operation,6 cases had early complications,6 foot were skin necrosis,after changing fresh dressing for a wound,the wound was healed.5 feet were late subtalar joint traumatic arthritis,after treatment,the 2 feet were relieved without affecting the life,the pain of 3 feet was still there.44 feet were excellent,22 feet were good,10 feet were poor,the excellent rate was 87%.Conclusion:For intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus,proper operation time, careful preoperative planning,effective reduction combined with internal fixation and bone graft surgery in operation can reduce complications after open reduction and internal fixation.The curative effect was satisfactory.
